The Venue Rental

  • 8am-11pm outdoor property rental for the event day

  • A one-hour bridal portrait session prior to the wedding day

  • On-site restrooms and parking

  • Access to Topside bridal suite from 8am-11pm

  • Vendor arrival and tent installation before event day (as coordinated by Kickstand Events). All breakdown must be completed within 24 hours of the event day.

    Please note, all White Oak events must use the services of Kickstand Events as the exclusive wedding planner for event planning, design, and event production.
