The Venue Rental Inclusions
8am-11pm outdoor property rental for the event day
A one-hour bridal portrait session prior to the wedding day
On-site restrooms and parking
Access to private bridal suite
Vendor arrival and tent installation beginning 2 days prior to the event (as coordinated by Kickstand Events). All breakdown must be completed within 48 hours of the event day. (Typically a Thursday-Monday install and breakdown).
Please note, all White Oak events must use the services of Kickstand Events as the exclusive wedding planner for event planning, design, and event production.
